Customized furniture orders are manufactured specifically according to the design, specifications, materials, and requirements provided by the Customer. Due to the customized nature of such products, the following terms shall strictly apply.
2.4.1 Advance Payment
A non-refundable advance payment of fifty percent (50%) of the total invoice value is mandatory to initiate production of any customized order.

If the Customer requests cancellation at any stage after production has started or after the Goods have been manufactured:
• The entire advance amount shall stand forfeited.
• Such amount shall be treated as liquidated damages and compensation towards costs incurred by the Company including but not limited to raw materials, labor, manufacturing expenses, storage costs, and administrative expenses.
As customized products are specifically designed for the Customer, the Company may attempt to resell the customized product to another buyer, often at discounted rates, in order to mitigate losses arising from such cancellation.

3. The Company shall have the right to resell the customized product to another buyer, with or without modification and at any price deemed appropriate by the Company.
2.4.5 Storage, Packing and Additional Charges
If the Customer fails to lift the order within the specified time period, the Company reserves the right to impose additional charges including but not limited to:
• Packing and handling charges, if applicable.
• Warehouse, storage, or godown charges for holding the completed goods beyond the permitted period.
• Administrative and handling charges associated with delayed collection.
• Interest on blocked capital, representing the financial loss suffered by the Company due to funds and resources being tied up in the manufactured product.
Such charges shall be determined solely by the Company and shall be payable by the Customer prior to dispatch or release of the Goods.
2.4.6 Price Escalation and Material Cost Increase
In cases where the Customer delays payment, dispatch, or lifting of the Goods beyond the agreed time period, the Company reserves the right to revise the final payable amount in order to account for:
• Increase in raw material costs

• Increase in transportation or packaging costs
• Any other operational costs incurred due to delay.
The Customer shall be liable to pay the revised amount before dispatch or release of the Goods.
