# 3.1 Shipping Coverage

Marrow Industries Pvt. Ltd., operating under the brands *Cossy Seating* and *Export Quality Furniture* (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), currently ships products *only within the territorial boundaries of India*.

The Company does *not accept international orders* and does not ship products to locations outside India.

The Company reserves the right to *refuse shipment to certain locations* where delivery is not feasible due to logistics limitations, safety concerns, or other operational constraints.

# 3.2 Order Processing and Dispatch Time

### 3.2.1 Estimated Timeline

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within *2 to 3 weeks (approximately)* from the date of:

•⁠  ⁠order confirmation, and
•⁠  ⁠receipt of full payment, or
•⁠  ⁠fulfillment of payment terms applicable to customized orders.

### 3.2.2 Non-Guaranteed Delivery Timeline

The above timeline is *an estimate only and shall not be considered a guaranteed delivery commitment*.

Production and dispatch timelines may vary depending on:

•⁠  ⁠availability of raw materials
•⁠  ⁠manufacturing schedules
•⁠  ⁠complexity of customized orders
•⁠  ⁠logistics and transport availability.

The Company shall *not be liable for any delay in dispatch or delivery beyond its reasonable control.*

# 3.3 Mode of Shipping

All Goods are shipped through *local transport services or logistics partners* engaged by the Company.

The selection of the transport service, shipping route, and delivery method shall be *at the sole discretion of the Company*, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The Company may also choose *third-party transport providers* to facilitate delivery.

# 3.4 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated based on:

•⁠  ⁠product size
•⁠  ⁠weight
•⁠  ⁠destination location
•⁠  ⁠transport charges

Applicable shipping charges will be communicated or displayed *prior to order confirmation* where applicable.

The Company reserves the right to revise shipping charges if:

•⁠  ⁠delivery location changes
•⁠  ⁠order specifications change
•⁠  ⁠transport costs increase.

# 3.5 Delivery and Unloading Responsibility

### 3.5.1 Delivery Point

Delivery will generally be made to the *entrance, curbside, or nearest accessible location* at the delivery address provided by the Customer.

Delivery inside the premises, installation, or placement of furniture *is not included unless specifically agreed in writing.*

### 3.5.2 Unloading Responsibility

The *Customer is solely responsible for arranging unloading of the Goods from the transport vehicle* at the time of delivery.

The Company and its logistics partners *are not obligated to provide labor for unloading or shifting the Goods inside the premises.*

Any damages occurring during *customer-arranged unloading or handling after delivery shall be the responsibility of the Customer.*

# 3.6 Mandatory Inspection and Unboxing Video

### 3.6.1 Inspection at Time of Delivery

The Customer must inspect the packaging at the time of delivery for any *visible damage, tampering, or irregularities*.

If any damage is visible, the Customer must immediately inform the transport personnel and document the issue.

### 3.6.2 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any claim relating to:

•⁠  ⁠transport damage
•⁠  ⁠manufacturing defect
•⁠  ⁠missing items or parts

the Customer must record a *clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video* from the moment the sealed package is received until the product is fully unpacked and inspected.

The video must clearly show:

•⁠  ⁠the sealed packaging condition
•⁠  ⁠the opening process
•⁠  ⁠the condition of the product from multiple angles.

### 3.6.3 No Video – No Claim Policy

The Company shall *not entertain any claims for damage, defect, or missing items if a proper unboxing video is not provided.*

Claims submitted without valid video evidence shall be *rejected outright.*

### 3.6.4 Acceptance of Delivery

Acceptance of the shipment without reporting visible damage at the time of delivery shall be deemed as confirmation that the Goods were received *in good condition.*

# 3.7 Delivery Delays

While the Company makes reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

The Company shall *not be liable for delays caused by*:

•⁠  ⁠transport strikes or logistics disruptions
•⁠  ⁠government restrictions or regulatory actions
•⁠  ⁠natural disasters or adverse weather conditions
•⁠  ⁠raw material shortages
•⁠  ⁠pandemics, epidemics, or public emergencies
•⁠  ⁠incorrect address information provided by the Customer
•⁠  ⁠any *Force Majeure events* described in the Terms & Conditions.

Such delays shall *not entitle the Customer to cancellation, compensation, or refund.*

# 3.8 Address Accuracy

The Customer is solely responsible for providing *accurate, complete, and correct delivery address details* at the time of placing the order.

The Company shall *not be responsible for delivery failures or delays* caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned or re-routed due to incorrect address details, the *Customer shall bear all additional shipping, handling, and logistics costs* associated with re-delivery.

# 3.9 Risk Transfer

The risk of loss or damage to the Goods shall pass to the Customer *upon delivery of the shipment to the delivery address or upon handover to the transport provider for delivery*, whichever occurs first, except in cases where damage is proven through valid unboxing evidence.

# 3.10 Limitation of Liability for Shipping

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company shall *not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from shipping delays, logistics issues, or third-party transport services.*

In any event, the Company’s total liability relating to shipping or delivery shall *not exceed the invoice value of the Goods purchased.*
